Zephyr Zoidis

At Rice University, Zephyr led the Health sector at the Rice Student Venture Fund, sourcing and leading the fund’s investment in Humanaut Health, a longevity clinic backed by an $8.3M Seed Extension. He also worked in professional sports with the Houston Astros and Texans, gaining experience at the intersection of performance, health, and operations. Zephyr authored and passed the Rice Food Safety Act—the first university-level legislation banning toxic additives and dyes in ultra-processed foods — reinforcing his mission to transform food systems for long-term health.
